Borger, TX is a rural community 45 miles from Amarillo.
· Clinic Hours Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
· Call - shared between 2 OB/GYN physicians
· Patient average 10 to 15 per day
· Average 250 deliveries per year
· Staff is 2 Full Time OB/GYN physicians and 1 independent FP/OB.
· Anesthesia coverage 24/7 by CRNA
· 25 bed critical access hospital - 7 OB beds
· Level 1 Nursery
· EMR – NextGen/PM
Base Salary: Range $275, 000 - $325, 000
RVU Bonus: RVUs greater than 988 per quarter paid at $34.87 per RVU.
Relocation Allowance: Not to exceed $10, 000
Signing Bonus: $15, 000 (1/3 paid at signing, 1/3 paid upon 1st day on the job, 1/3 paid @ day 90 of employment [end of probation]).
Educational Loan Forgiveness: Not to exceed $1, 000 monthly. We are also in a HPSA designated area.
On-Call Requirement: On-call will be split equally with second OB/GYN on staff. No extra pay.
Physician Professional Dues and Fees
Paid Time Off: 20 weekdays per year & 7 Holidays
CME Reimbursement: $3, 000 per year / 5 days
