  • BC Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatric Physician
  • Delivers primary health care and patient care management in a residential setting
  • Experience in Geriatrics or complex patients preferred
  • Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA
  • EMR experience
  • Competitive base salary and aggressive quarterly incentive pay
