Required qualifications include documentation of completion of education as an MD, completion of an accredited residency training program in family medicine and current board certification or active participation in the examination process leading to board certification in Family Medicine.  We offer a flexible schedule, competitive salary, and an excellent benefit package including paid time off, paid holidays, continuing education allowance, relocation allowance, dental, and life insurance, short and long term disability, paid malpractice coverage, a 403(b) retirement plan and more.

We have been serving the Indian River County community on Florida’s East Coast for over 25 years with a mission to provide accessible, cost effective, high quality, comprehensive healthcare to all people, regardless of their socio-economic circumstances.  We are a Federally Qualified Health Center providing integrated patient care services in primary care, behavioral health, women’s health and dentistry.  We participate with HRSA National Health Service Corp for loan repayment.

At present, we have eight centers and we are continuing to expand to meet the needs of our community

 
  • Schedule will depend on the site in which the provider is assigned. We do have one site that is open two days per week until 7PM and on Saturdays 8- noon.
  • There is a call rotation, this is from home phone calls only. Providers have access to medical records from home. Typically, call is one week about every 7-8 weeks
  • 18-24 patients per day
  • Office hours 8-6 Mon- Thur, Friday 8-5
  • No inpatient or OB responsiblites.
  • No visa candidates
