- Located less than 90 minutes from San Francisco

- Coverage is typically two PAs on during the week and one on the weekend
- Primary inpatient management, and OR coverage. No outpatient clinics.
- Surgical cases including cardiac, vascular and thoracic surgery.
- EVH experience preferred
- Bedside procedures inpatient: chest tube/pacer wire removal, intra-aortic balloon pump removal, suturing
- Typical daily census 15-20 patients
- Expectations: morning rounds, orders, admissions, consults, discharges, coordination of care, progress notes, pager, first assist in OR.
- 15 OR rooms
- 5 cardiac cath labs
- 9 bed CVICU
- 44 total ICU beds (SICU, CCU)
- Two telemetry floors
