Internal Medicine Opportunity in the Heart of the Green Mountains of Vermont!
- Seeking a Internist or Family Physician to join a Community Health Center
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible and residency trained.
- After hours call is phone triage only and shared among all the practices.
- Call responsibility is minimal.
- Admission to the hospital will be referred to Hospitalist
- Utilizes an integrated Electronic Medical Record and Practice Management system.
- Serve patients with quality care, efficiency, accessibility and equity.
