71 24-hour shifts per year (.81 FTE)
Roughly six 24-hour shifts per month
Nurse practitioner support during peak hours (10a-10p)
Approximately 34-38 patients per 24-hour shift
About 12,000 to 13,000 visits annually
Zero travel nurses during pandemic!
Epic EMR
Very competitive total compensation opportunity (350k+) which includes:
Quality incentives up to $50,000
RVU bonus based on annual threshold (our providers are on pace to achieve the threshold)
Commencement bonus of $20,000
