Weekday Opportunity in Outpatient Primary Care Clinic. No weekends. Light Call Duty shared with a large group. Each provider in our organization has a dedicated RN and dedicated Medical Assistant. Collaborate everyday with a team of passionate providers. This is full-time position with a 4-day work week schedule.

They are the largest Federally Qualified Health Center in Rhode Island with 8 neighborhood-based clinics - all Patient Centered Medical Homes, with integrated behavioral health clinicians and community advocates. Our in-house services include optometry, podiatry, dental, dermatology, nephrology, and asthma/allergy. We are expanding with two new clinics opening in the next several months: a complex care clinic and a new primary care clinic in a densely populated region of the city

Nurse Practitioner Qualifications and Skills: Adult Nurse Practitioner; Minimum 3 years of primary care experience; ability to work independently as well as collaborate as part of a larger provider group; confident learning new EHR; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Bilingual and multi-cultural skills valued.
