- Seeking a Board-Certified FM or IM or Geriatric Medicine PhysicianÂ
- Spanish speaking a must
- Outpatient responsibilities only
- Full-time permanent position
- Monday – Friday
- No nights, no weekends
- Small patient panels for consistency and focus
- 12-15 patients per day
-Â Value-based care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes
-Â Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest

- Above-market compensation
- Base salary (without R.V.U. targets)
- Quarterly bonus based on quality metrics (not quantity)

- Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome but certainly not required
- Have an active, non-probationary state medical license
