Join an established team of 3 Family Medicine physicians and 5 APPs
Rotating call every 4-5 weeks for one full week at a time
Clinic houses its own lab services, imaging department, and Convenient Care with a pharmacy directly adjacent to the building
NHSC certified site in Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) that qualifies for federal loan repayment programs as well as the IDPH loan repayment program
Excellent benefit package including health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with 100% tail insurance covered
