Job Description
- BC/BE Family Medicine Physician
- Outpatient Only setting
- Location: Arbuckle or Colusa (45min or 1hr) north of Sacramento
- Must hold a valid CA medical license or ability to obtain
- Office hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
- Flexible schedule can work 4 ten hour days or 5 eight hour daysÂ
- See on average 20-22 patients per day
- Rotate phone call every 13th week
- Centricity EMR
- Residents can apply

- Salary and Benefits
- Salary ranges from $219,800k – $329,700k based on experience and responsibilities
- $5,000 CME/year
- $5,000 per year for Board Certification
- Incentive bonus can earn up to $32K based on productivity and program compliance
- Starting bonus $15,000
- Qualifies for federal and state loan repayment
- 4 weeks PTO first 2 years, 5 weeks PTO years 3-6, 6 weeks PTO 7 years and beyond
- 9 paid holidays
