• The hours of operation for the practice are Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30 pm (with some occasional extended hours).
• Shared call rotation (no weekends).
• Enjoy a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the whole family. Provider will be seeing all ages.
• 15-20 patients/day
• ACO clinical wraparound support services
• Established practice in a renovated office space
• Full medical and administrative support including on site laboratory services.
• In-network specialist referral
• EPIC EMR
Compensation and Benefits:
• Base salary of $265,000 plus incentive
• Generous Time Away from Work with additional dedicated CEU time

• Paid dues, such as professional memberships, licensure, etc.
• Allowance for CME, plus 5 days for attendance paid
