- Full-time, permanent Family Medicine physician
- BC / BE required
- Base salary + productivity bonus plan in year one; full productivity
plan in year two and beyond with excellent income potential - average $250,000
- Buy-in to the practice offered after three years = Extra $25K to $30K annually in Ancillary Services Bonus
- Option to buy into any new real estate ventures the practice opens up to generate additional extra income every year
