- Seeking a Board-Certified Geriatric Medicine PhysicianÂ
- Outpatient responsibilities only
- Full-time permanent position
- Monday – Friday
- No nights, no weekends
- Small patient panels for consistency and focus
- 12-15 patients per day
- Value-based care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes
- Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest
- Salary and Benefits

- Base salary (without R.V.U. targets)
