- Join a successful practice in Clearwater, Florida
- Outpatient only, no hospital admitting or rounding
- Monday-Friday schedule 8:00a-5:00p
- 100% focused on the 55+/Geriatric population with a focus on Medicare Advantage
- Group uses Athena EMR
- Great reputation and a well-run office
- Experience with Managed Care (HEDIS scores, MRA, etc) or willingness to learn is essential
- Avg. 14 patients per day; 12 scheduled and 2 walk-in
- Focus on quality outcomes as opposed to productivity
- Team approach involves case managers, referral coordinators, etc
- Negotiable base salary (approximately $225,000) plus quality incentives
- Providers in the group make from $235,000 - $400,000+
- Malpractice coverage and relocation assistance
