- 250K base PLUS PRODUCTIVITY BONUS BASED ON RVU’S and experience

- Hybrid inpatient at hospital and SNFÂ
- Monday thru Friday 40-hour schedule.
- No weekendsÂ

- No phone call - NP will take call
- To see 22 patients per dayÂ
- RVU bonus above 22 patients - each additional patient is paid based on the RVU-based payment model. The amount per patient increases with the level of care patient needs.
