- Medical Director Opportunity
- 80% clinical time and 20% administrative time
- 5+ years of experience in outpatient practice preferred but not required.
- Prior executive roles welcomed but not required.Â
- Outpatient only
- Full-time permanent position
- Monday – Friday
- No nights, no weekends
- Small patient panels for consistency and focus
- 12-15 patients per day

-Â Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest

- Above-market compensation
- Base salary (without R.V.U. targets)
- Quarterly bonus based on quality metrics (not quantity)

- 6 weeks of PTO, inclusive of PTO, major holidays, and CME

- Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome but certainly not required
- Have an active, non-probationary state medical license
