- Located 25 miles north of Charlotte, NCÂ in Mooresville
- Monday - FridayÂ
- On call from 7am – 5pm (even while at facility)
- Average census between 15 - 18 patients per day.
- Provider is responsible for all H&P’s, Medical Director oversight of the facilities and supervision of the Nurse Practitioner in the facility.
- Annual Starting Salary: $275,000 $290,000

- Continuing Medical Education (CME) Allowance: $3,000.00 per year
- PTO: 21 Days of PTO Per year
