Seeking a full-time permanent Nurse Practitioner to join our Endocrinology team in beautiful Medford, Oregon. The PA operates as an established medical authority in a collaborative care team environment with 2 Physicians, a PA, MA’s, Practice Manager and support staff.   OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS • Annual base salary of $123,600 • Performance incentives of up to $20,000 per year starting in year 2 • Signing bonus up to $10,000 • Up to $10,000 relocation assistance • $3,000 annual CME allowance • 240 hours (30 days) of authorized time off per year • Excellent health, dental, vision and retirement benefits   • Stable, long term, either PA or NP (willing to train but it can take a long time) • willing to train but it can take a long time. Prefer someone with some experience. • Need to have knowledge of treating diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, etc. Experience of this as an RN is OK. • Best would be someone who has worked in an Endo clinic for at least a couple of years.   • Schedule - M-F, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 pm 4-days per week in office. Includes participation in call rotation. • 16-18 patients per day with 16 per day minimum. • Annual base salary of $123,600
Specializing in Endocrinology Diabetes Management, providers will see a majority of patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, manage patients on insulin pumps and multi dose insulin injections, trouble shoot continuous glucose sensors. A smaller number of established patients with non-diabetic endocrine conditions will also be seen such as hypothyroidism and osteoporosis. Ambulatory clinic, mostly consultative with no inpatient work.
