Clinic: M – F 4.5 / Admin .5
1 & 5 call
Certified Midwife (signed 1 for inpatient support)
4 MDs and 1 laborist for 8 shifts a month
Collins = DaVinci Robotics certified
NO LRDP model
Heavier load of Medicaid patients/BCBS second
NICU > 32 week babies go to McLeod Florence
Most providers see between 25-28 patients a day. Between the 6 providers, there is an average of 25 OB appointments a week for each provider.
Salary and RVU targets – evergreen base not rvu incentives
Call schedule Call schedule is published monthly. It’s call usually one day a week and one weekend every 6-8 weeks. It is on a rotation and weekends are shared with other groups.
NICU – no NICU, level 2 peds nursery
Babies per year – 1,500+/- per year (550 C-section and 848 Vaginal)
Appts per month – 1850+/-
