Package Highlights:
  • Annual salary: $420,000, plus a WRVU productivity model
  • Signing bonus:  $50,000
  • Education Loan repayment:  $20,000 each year

Practice Highlights:
  • Hospital Employed, join a group of three other board certified surgeons offering a wide spectrum of general and specialized ENT services
  • Call:  1:4, serving one hospital
  • Office conveniently located on hospital campus, with easy access to operating rooms and patient pavilion
  • Catchment population:  250,000
  • Large network of providers offering a strong referral base
  • Serving the military men and women from nearby Fort Drum, home to the 10th Mountain Army Division
  • Emergency ENT admissions provided by Hospitalist Service, with consult to ENT
  • Operating Rooms were newly constructed in 2010,  two dedicated ENT operating rooms working back to back to enhance efficiencies, block scheduling
  • Established robotic surgery program since 2012, upgraded to da Vinci Xi in 2019 
  • Teaching opportunities are extended with accredited ACGME/AOA family medicine and internal medicine residency training programs

Qualifications:
  • Holds Board Certification with the American Board of Otolaryngology, or actively in process
  • Values patient-centered care and has desire to work within a team model
  • Demonstrates top-notch interpersonal skills in addition to excellent clinical skills
  • Able to provide surgical case log indicating active experience over the past two years
  • Enthusiastic and motivated to provide the best possible care and outcomes
