Job Description

  • Outpatient Only
  • Locations: Milford, CT or Fairfield, CT
  • Schedule: 4 or 4.5 days/week - M-F
  • Office hours: 8a-5p
  • Sign On and Relocation
  • Available to new grads
  • Adults patients only 
  • Call: Phone Only - 2 weekends (Fri PM through Mon AM) Per year and 1 weeknight (Mon through Thur) every six weeks
  • No OB
  • EMR: Epic
  • Offer new provider orientation and mentorship program
  • Salary: Very competitive, negotiable based on experience
