Practice Details
Outpatient only Primary Care Physician (PCP)
2 physicians and 3 NP/PA in the practice
Must be comfortable seeing all ages
Group does all procedures like an UC/ER
Virtual Assistant call system linked to Athena EMR
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base salary plus guaranteed bonuses
Minimum package of $230,000 with potential for more with RVU's
Sign-on bonus $5,000 and relocation $5,000
Client adds $10,000/yr to a 10-year longevity bonus = $100,000
Full benefits including a week off for Christmas (office closes)

Office is only 3 miles to Naples Beach

Requirements
BC physicians only (BE out of residency)
Open to new 2022 or 2023 graduates
