We are looking for mission driven full spectrum, Board Certified/Board Eligible, family physicians (MD or DO) with a passion for serving the underserved and caring for the entire family in our community health centers
The expectations of all our physicians are to embrace the mission of commitment to patient care, education, research and community service.
Join a an ambulatory care system of ten community health centers including Family Medicine services.
The system primarily serves a safety-net population and offers a full scope clinical practice and teaching opportunities.Â
The position includes employment a 450+ physician not-for-profit faculty group practice exclusively contracting to provide clinical, administrative, and teaching services.
Group is also a founding partner of the Creighton University Arizona Health Education Alliance which aims to increase the number of physicians and other health professionals in Arizona by improving and expanding current health education programs.Â
The FQHCs qualify for both the Federal and State HPSA Loan Repayment Program’s and have a system score of 21. As a not-for-profit organization, employees also qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program (PSLF).
Qualifications:
Candidates must have an M.D. or D.O. degree,
Valid Arizona license
Board-certified or Board eligible.Â
Compensation:
100% outpatient with minimal call
An outstanding work environment for those with a passion for community medicine
Paid time off (4 weeks and 10 holidays), 1 additional week CME + $4,000 stipend
