- Pain Management Provider to work several days per week doing procedures
- Join a support staff mix of 1 APP, 2 CS, 2 RN's and 1 admin staff
- The pain clinic is located in the hospital and consists of 5 exam rooms and 1 procedure room
- Flexible scheduling M-F 8:30am-5pm, 95% Outpatient, 5% Inpatient
- BC/BE, experienced provider preferred who can help the organization develop this service line
- Service area has around 100,000 patient base.
***Provider will have the choice of being hospital employed or PSA. This is a part-time position.
