- Outpatient-only
- Congenial, clean, modern office
- Athena EMR
- Three schedule options depending on location
- Full-time: M-F 9:30 - 6:00
- Part-time: M-W 9:30 - 6:00
- Reduced full-time: W,Th,F 11:30 - 8:00 and every other weekend
- Willingness to cover occasional weekends for other providers on vacation, etc
- Salary plus full benefits for full-time
- Great locations south side of Jacksonville market
