- 12 hr shifts 7a - 7p
- Nights covered by eICU
- Pulmonary clinic/consults days are 8 hours days, 9A to 5P
- Group covers 2 ICUs (16 total beds)
- Weekend call less than 1:4
- Base salary + RVU + Quality bonus (around $36,000)
- $4000 for CME
- Full benefits; 401, FSA, life insurance, malpractice
- Ability to moonlight for additional compensation ($183/hr), or taking eICU call
