Travel Position: Midlevels will travel to various SNFs/Assisted living facilities
Locations are southern border of WI
Primarily Geriatric work/Primary care
Mileage Reimbursement
Full Ancillary Staff
No Call, No weekends, No Nights
Part Time or Full time option

Compensation and Benefits

Ballpark salary: $115k-$125k
Additional incentive pay
